Gavin, our head brewer has been making small batch cider for years at home, so we thought we’d upscale his work to let you all enjoy the taste of late summer great cider brings.

Hand picked apples of lots of variety are collected from small garden orchards, individual trees and friendly farmers hedges throughout Nottinghamshire. Depending on how good a harvest we’ve had we either press them on our traditional wooden press or pop round to our good friends and fellow cider makers Thirsty Farmer at Sutton Bonington who lends us his giant press. We sometimes supplement our apples with some from traditional apple orchards in Herefordshire.

We then ferment the lovely apple juice, age it for a while and eventually blend to create a variety of lovely styles and flavours we hope you will enjoy.

All Available in 20L bag in boxes and our Dark cherry is also available sparkling  in 30L kegs
